Place an Order

• University Catering has an extensive menu with a variety of options for your event needs. If you can’t find what you are looking for, we would be happy to create a custom menu for you.
• Please submit orders at least TWO (2) WEEKS prior to your event date
• Complete the order form and email to mesarantos@csufresno.edu and cmartinez@csufresno.edu
• Final count, along with any other changes to the order, must be given SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS prior to your event date
• Orders placed or changes made past that deadline are subject to availability and will incur late fees
• Dietary restrictions – Catering can accommodate most dietary restrictions, with appropriate notice. Please select your menu and notify us of any dietary needs and our chefs will make the appropriate accommodations
• University Dining Services, which includes all on-campus Dining operations as well as University Catering, is the exclusive provider of food and beverage service on campus. If you would like approval to bring food from an off-campus vendor or restaurant, you must submit a Dining Services Waiver Request Form a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date for review and approval
