Payment Processing Changes as of January 2025

Dining Services has changed the credit card processor for Fetch mobile orders as of January 1, 2025. If you had previously saved your credit card information and you get an error when trying to make a purchase, please remove your credit card payment option and then re-add it.

Remove and Add Payment Methods on Apple Devices
  • Open the Fetch app
  • Click 'More' in the bottom right
  • Click Payment Methods
  • Swipe to remove the existing credit card
  • Click 'Add Credit Card'
Remove and Add Payment Methods on Android Devices
  • Open the Fetch app
  • Click the three lines in the top left corner
  • Click Payment Methods
  • Click the Pencil icon in the top right and then the trash to remove the existing credit card
  • Click 'Add Credit Card'

When you add your card there will be a $0.01 pre-auth transaction that might appear on your card temporarily. This pre-auth transaction will drop off after a day or two and you will not be charged for adding your card to Fetch.
