Auxiliary Human Resources
Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation
Auxiliary Services is committed to maintaining an inclusive community that values diversity and fosters tolerance and mutual respect. Providing a work environment free of discrimination, harassment or retaliation is of utmost importance. Discrimination, harassment and retaliation are not only against the law, but also negatively impact our work culture, and prevent us from achieving our organizational objectives.
Concerns regarding violations of our discrimination, harassment and retaliation policies should immediately be reported to Auxiliary Human Resources. Auxiliary Human Resources will listen, advise and guide employees through the options and rights available, including the complaint procedure. When required, Auxiliary Human Resources will undertake an effective, thorough, and objective investigation of the allegations. Where necessary, Auxiliary Human Resources may partner with the University’s Office of Compliance and Civil Rights and/or University Human Resources, depending on the situation and parties involved. Throughout the complaint process, the Foundation is committed to ensuring that both the complainant and respondent are treated with respect and dignity.
Any person may report discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, including sexual harassment (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to have experienced the conduct that could constitute sex discrimination or sexual harassment), in-person, by mail, by telephone, or by electronic mail, using the contact information listed below:
